In Krasnoyarsk, the debtor hid under the bed for two hours from the bailiffs, but they still found him

March 24 11:48

In the Kirovsky district of Krasnoyarsk, bailiffs detained a man with a debt of more than 1.2 million rubles. He did not pay the fines for not having a permit for cargo transportation, and after the delay the amount doubled.

The debtor was hiding from the bailiffs and did not open the door, assuring that there was no such person in the apartment. Employees established that the man still lives at the place of registration, which was confirmed by neighbors. The bailiffs issued a forced entry order, but were unable to get inside – the door was not opened.

Later, bailiffs noticed the debtor on the balcony and tried to enter again. The door was opened by a woman who stated that the man was not in the apartment and she did not know him. To prevent the bailiffs from inspecting the home, she called the police. When the squad arrived, the woman had to let the employees in.

The debtor was found under the bed in one of the rooms. The man hid there for about two hours. A report was drawn up against the woman for obstructing the lawful activities of bailiffs.

Four reports were drawn up against the debtor himself for failure to pay fines on time. The court sentenced him to 10 days of administrative arrest. Now the man is serving it. The department recalled that attempts to hide from the execution of a court decision only aggravate the situation.
