A new factory is being built near the A4 motorway. We know when it's going to start

According to information from “NTO”, the foundations are already being poured at the construction site in Zimna Wódka (Ujazd commune, Opole Voivodeship), which indicates that the implementation of the PLN 100 million investment has started in earnest. This will be Baumit's fourth factory in Poland and will produce, among others: plasters, facade paints, mortars and concretes. The plant is being built in the Economic Activity Zone of the Ujazd commune, located between two exits of the A4 motorway and covering an area of approximately 750 ha.

The new factory will increase Baumit's production capacity

Baumit bought the land from the commune several years ago. The investment is to cover an area of approximately 5 ha. It is to be modern and automated, but it will still provide new jobs for at least several dozen people. Details about this are not known yet. Construction is scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2027, with production expected to start immediately afterwards.
