A new entity on the “blacklist” of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. Notification to the prosecutor's office regarding Mobilum Pay

The new entity has been entered on the list of public warnings of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) – Mobilum Pay sp. z o. o. – the Polish Financial Supervision Authority announced in a press release on Tuesday.

As reported by the Commission, a notification was sent under Art. 150 section 1 of the Act on Payment Services by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority to the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw.

The warning list maintained by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority is a set of entities in relation to which the Commission reports a suspicion of committing a crime. The purpose of the list of public warnings is to alert the public and business entities about the need to be more careful when dealing with these entities.
