Akhmetov's Metinvest was included in the top ten employers of Ukraine in 2025
The magazine “TOP-100. Ratings of the largest”, jointly with the Delo.ua business portal.
ATB, MHP, Nova Poshta, OKKO, DTEK, Kyivstar, McDonald's in Ukraine, Farmak and Astarta also entered the top ten.
Metinvest also won in the special nomination “Leader of business interaction with educational institutions”. It was given for the creation of the first private mining and metallurgical university, Metinvest Polytechnic, for the development of which Metinvest has already allocated UAH 513 million.
The university prepares personnel of the European level. Over five years, more than 1,080 students enrolled, 267 master's degrees were graduated, 970 trainees completed advanced training courses, and 4,150 employees received trainings and courses. The company pays for tuition and grants scholarships to the best students.
