According to the media, the transshipment rate is officially hidden: according to sources in the industry, it will be four times less than the market rate – namely, 2.5 dollars per ton, while the largest market participants, such as Risoil, TBT and IZT transship cargo at a rate of 10 dollars per ton, the media reports.
As reported, NABU has already investigated and referred to the court a case about a similar area, in which the previous director of the Chornomorsk port was involved, but officials continue to act according to the same schemes, despite the fact that the agreed memorandum threatens losses for the state of billions of hryvnias.
