CFR Cluj managed to achieve an extremely important victory in the match with Rapid, 1-0and came within three points of first place.

At the end of a spectacular match, especially in the first 45 minutes, Daniel Pancu's team struck in Gruia in the 77th minute, thanks to a goal scored by Meriton Korenica, who had a very good performance.
