Former translator of Vladimir Putin sent to Hungary. He's on an election mission

VSquare reported that the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly sent Daria Boyarskaya to an observer mission. In the past, she worked as a translator for Vladimir Putin. Her nomination caused a storm in Hungary.
In 2022, the then Polish Minister of Interior and Administration, Mariusz Kamiński, included Bojarska on the list of foreigners whose stay in Poland was considered undesirable. The reason was her connections with the Kremlin.
Putin's translator is to observe the elections in Hungary. “He cooperates with Russian intelligence”
Roberto Montella, secretary general of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, defended his choice on Thursday. He emphasized that it was his personal decision and expressed confidence in the appointed observer, VSquare reports.
Marta Pardavi, co-chair of the Hungarian Helsinki Committee, requested the withdrawal of the nomination. She explained that Bojarska's presence may impede free communication between observers and local civil society organizations, journalists and oppositionists.
VSquare's investigation revealed that Boyarskaya regularly visited Russia even during the full-scale invasion of Ukraine. In addition, he also maintains a registered address in Moscow.
European security services warn about a potential intelligence threat. — Multiple European national security sources have reported that all of Putin's translators are carefully vetted by the Federal Security Service (FSB) and only the most loyal are allowed to translate for the Russian president. Boyarskaya is either cooperating with Russian intelligence or recruiting agents, given both her previous role and current position at a key international institution. People who meet her during her mission in Hungary are at serious risk of being on the radar of Russian intelligence services, the sources said.
Parliamentary elections in Hungary are scheduled for April 12.
