The derby between Universitatea Cluj and CFR Cluj was the second hard match of the first stage of the Superliga play-off, after the confrontation between Rapid and Dinamo.

The supporters of the “red caps” created a spectacular atmosphere before the start of the game, preparing an impressive scenography throughout the tribune, in the colors of the tricolor.

In the stands of the Cluj Arena stadium, The University fans displayed a huge choreography with the inscription “UCJ”, the abbreviation of the club's name, made in blue, yellow and red, the colors of the Romanian flag. While the scenography covered the tribune, the gallery sang the famous song “The first step on the stadium”, one of the established anthems of the “red caps”.
