At the Moscow reference weather station VDNKh, 18 millimeters fell into the precipitation gauge over the last 24 hours, in the center of the capital – on Balchug – 23 millimeters, Butovo – 29 millimeters, which is 55% of the entire November norm or 3 buckets of rainwater per square meter of streets.

According to forecasters, in the next hour or two the rain may turn into charges of sleet, but then the precipitation will begin to subside.
