Leroy Merlin (now Lemana Pro) is facing investigation under the article of insulting the feelings of believers – because of brushes with the image of Buddha. A new product for 1800 rubles was noticed in chain stores.
Complaints from hypermarket visitors have already reached the chairman of the Central Spiritual Administration of Buddhists in the Russian Federation, Geshe Yonten. According to him, there are plans to remove the offensive throughout the country, otherwise – a statement. At the same time, you can now buy a brush everywhere – it has scattered across online stores, marketplaces, and so on. It is almost impossible to recall such a huge batch, since it is large and located in different regions of the country.
