The department received several complaints from local residents who were faced with aggressive methods of operation of the credit institution. During the audit, it turned out that one of the borrowers received almost 500 calls in two months. Another debtor received 21 calls in just one day. In addition, bank employees applied psychological pressure – for example, they claimed that because of the debt, a person would not be able to even get a job as a seller.

The bank also harassed relatives and friends of the debtors without their written consent. In one case, a notice of debt was left right in the doorway, revealing personal data to an unlimited number of people.

When imposing the punishment, the bailiffs took into account that this credit organization had already been caught with similar violations in other regions – the Rostov, Novosibirsk, Kemerovo regions, and the Perm Territory. Due to the systemic nature of the violations, the bank was given the maximum fine.
