The Spaniards took to the streets. They are protesting against the war in the Middle East

The Spanish news agency EFE reported that during the rally in Madrid there were chants of “No to war”, “Who decides here? The Iranian people” and “Every nation, every square, we are all Gaza.”
About 5,000 people carrying banners with the slogan “Peace” gathered in front of Madrid's Reina Sofía Museum, which houses Picasso's “Guernica,” considered a universal anti-war symbol.
In Barcelona, the demonstration took place in front of the cathedral. Protests were also organized in Valencia, Alicante, Oviedo and Santiago de Compostela.

Protests in Murcia
In the Murcia region, where anti-war demonstrations took place in about ten towns, slogans were raised against the US and Israeli attacks on Iran, as well as against, as it was emphasized, the “criminal regime of the ayatollahs”.
The protests were organized by the “Stop the War” platform with the support of over 140 organizations. The rallies took place two weeks after the start of US and Israeli military operations against Iran and Tehran's retaliatory actions.
