Among those who voted in favor was Gigi Becali, deputy, who made an unexpected statement: he admitted that he had not even read the document sent by the US and expressed his agreement “with his eyes closed”.
“I have not read the US document. I said what's the point, if the Americans ask us for a favor. Let's be proud and give thanks. Otherwise, how do you want me? You want all the favors, you want to be protected, but you don't accept even that, let the planes be fueled.
