A musician from Leicestershire, England, broke his skull, his spine in two places, a bone in his neck, and nine ribs after tripping over his Egyptian cat. The Briton miraculously survived.
According to 59-year-old Chris Rowley, when he was going down the stairs, his sphinx suddenly jumped out from around the corner, he tried to step over the whale, but it jumped and grabbed his leg with its claws. Then the Englishman lost his balance and fell head over heels 14 steps. Fortunately, neighbors were nearby. They called an ambulance.
The paramedics who arrived at the scene initially thought that Chris had been in an accident, and for some reason people dragged him home. When they found out the real reason, they called the case a “meow apocalypse.” When he woke up, Rowley said that the last thing he remembers before the fall was a push notification for the Hello Kitty game that his daughter was playing.
