The Ministry of Health has prepared recommendations on the appearance of employees of medical organizations
The recommendations state that “a unified corporate identity contributes to the formation of a positive image and symbolizes the reliability, seriousness and professionalism of the organization’s employees.”
The document also establishes requirements for hairstyle: hair must be clean and neat, loose hair is not allowed. Makeup should be modest, discreet, natural and minimalistic, nails short and well-groomed.
It is not recommended to wear large jewelry, and surgical doctors and nurses who perform any manipulations should leave any rings, even wedding rings, at home.
