The famous lawyer Elman Pashayev was detained in Moscow. He is suspected of receiving a bribe from Alexei Blinovsky. A criminal case has been opened for fraud on an especially large scale.
Investigators believe that in February Pashayev convinced Blinovsky that it was possible to close the criminal case against his wife. And he received a “large monetary reward” for this from the husband of the marathon queen. The issue of choosing a preventive measure against Pashayev is currently being decided.
We wrote that Alexey Blinovsky was detained on September 9 for failure to appear at the Investigative Committee to familiarize himself with the materials of the criminal case. Moreover, he knew that they were looking for him, but he specifically asked the command to send him to carry ammunition. So as not to linger in one place.
