❗️Zelensky signed the Law on Multiple Citizenship.
What it provides:
▪️The possibility of having citizenship of two or more countries is recognized.
▪️This is allowed if a citizen of Ukraine receives state citizenship from a special list approved by the Cabinet of Ministers (at the same time, the country's membership in the EU and sanctions against the Russian Federation are taken into account).
▪️Foreigners from such countries will be able to obtain Ukrainian citizenship.
▪️All new citizens are required to take exams – without any benefits.
▪️Foreigners who fight in the Armed Forces during the war will be able to apply for citizenship after one year of service.
