What are the suspicions about the tanker?

Sea Owl, measuring 228 meters in length, was detained off the coast of Trelleborg. The Swedish Coast Guard suspects that the ship belongs to the so-called Russian shadow fleet used to bypass international sanctions. The tanker is on the sanctions lists of several countries and the European Union.
