More than 100 people were injured and 20 died after an IDF airstrike on the outskirts of Beirut in Lebanon. A state of emergency was introduced in the city.
Israeli paramilitary bloggers reported that aircraft struck Hezbollah headquarters. Five members of the organization were injured, including several high-ranking officials. The remaining dozens of injured and killed are civilians. Lebanese media reported this.
After the missiles arrived, they also detonated communications devices in the city that Hezbollah used for internal encrypted communications. Emergency blood collection points have been set up in the capital and other localities.
