The company from Krasnoyarsk Kraspit LLC, which won the tender for the organization of food in 29 schools in Irkutsk, did not start work on time. Information about the incident appeared on the Admirk.ru portal.
According to the source, the contract for providing educational institutions with food with Kraspit LLC was concluded last week. However, on Monday, the 29th day, the canteens in Irkutsk schools remained closed, because the contractor allegedly did not provide products and did not send the staff.
At the same time, the city administration noted that all the necessary documents, including approved food modes for different ages of schoolchildren, orders on the work of catering units, the composition of commissions to determine the quality of power, the customer of the company provided. Equipment and premises were also transferred to Kraspit LLC.
“We are ready for cooperation, we have everything you need for this. The main task is to provide children with hot meals. The dining room is attended daily 1,900 students, ”the director of school No. 14 Lyudmila Tuchkova commented on the situation.
The Department of Education of Irkutsk specified that in connection with the current situation in schools, a reduced mode of operation was introduced. The fact is that, in accordance with the current legislation without organized nutrition, younger students can be in the classroom for no more than 3 hours, and the high school only 4 hours.
“We did not assume that a failure in nutrition is possible. We never give a child any snacks with us, since there were no precedents. Always breakfast on time, the menu is balanced, everything is fresh and tasty, ”said the mother of two students from school No. 14, Julia Gildeeva.
The mayor of the city Ruslan Bolotov said that he would not allow a breakdown in providing schoolchildren with breakfast and dinners. According to him, henceforth, educational institutions will conclude contracts with the MUP “Power Plant” in order to organize hot food for students.
“Claims have been issued“ Craspit ”, the prosecutor's office conducted the audit. We are forced to achieve the termination of contracts with this company for non -ordering services, ”said Ruslan Bolotov.
Recall that earlier the organization of food in these schools provided the MUE “Power Plant”. However, according to the results of electronic trading in 29 institutions, the Krasnoyarsk company won. At the same time, the plant was initially recognized as the winner, but on the complaint of Kraspit LLC, this decision was challenged in the Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service in the Irkutsk Region.
Traditionally, the municipal enterprise serves 231 food blocks, which is 65 schools and 129 kindergartens – about 110 thousand children and adolescents of Irkutsk.
