Mihai Stoica (60 years old), the president of the Board of Directors at FCSB, announced that in the summer the track remains open for the player he wanted very much during the mercto period in the winter, but who ultimately did not reach the red-blue team.

In a few months' time, the centre-half who has impressed in recent tests will be free of contract, making it easier for FCSB to land him after winter negotiations stalled over the club he belongs to.

Without giving a name, the AC official had only words of praise for him, saying only that he is a little more defensive than Lindon Emërllahu, the former player of CFR Cluj, who was also on the champion's list in the winter, before signing in Ukraine.

MM Stoica found the first transfer for the summer: “He remains free”

“I have no fault in the winter, it was a competition of unusual circumstances. Gigi wanted a central midfielder, we were focused on Emerllahu and at the last minute he went to Ukraine, although we had information that he did not want to go to Ukraine.

I just wasted time, a lot of time. Then we went on another track, which we can access now in the summer, another very, very good midfielder. The owner of the team said that he was not for sale, he was on loan to that team, I thought he was going to sell him, because he was free since the summer. It was not possible.

Since the summer he remains free, a little more defensive than Emerllahu, he is very, very good. I was late, it's true, but it's not my fault, I didn't want to bring a player just to take him like that”, said Mihai Stoica, on the “Fotbal Show” show, from Prima Sport.
