About 30 people took part in the brawl on Zhulebinsky Boulevard. The police reported the detention of 23 foreign specialists, 10 were in Russia illegally.
It is noted that the conflict began “against the backdrop of personal hostility.” The Ministry of Internal Affairs opened a criminal case for hooliganism.
