Russian business leaders will discuss ways to solve economic challenges using technology at the T1 Forum

On March 19, the T1 IT holding will hold the T1 Forum. This is a new platform for open dialogue among Russian business leaders about the main challenges of 2026 and finding ways to overcome them with the help of technology.

The event will take place in Moscow at the Zaryadye Parking Gallery. About 1,000 representatives of leading Russian companies from the financial sector, retail, telecoms, industry, transport and government agencies will meet at the T1 Forum site.

“Standing cannot act is a phrase in which a comma changes everything. Today, the sustainability of an entire business can depend on one timely action. We will look for a place for this comma in the dialogue between business needs and technologies at the T1 Forum, which will unite technology creators and businesses, regulators and experts, conservatives and techno-adventurers. Each of us has our own waypoints and route on the map. But we all go to them in the same “weather conditions”. We will discuss the forecasts and chart the right course that will help overcome the challenges,” said Dmitry Kharitonov, CEO of the T1 IT holding.

In essence, all forum discussions are divided into three large tracks: “How to spend less”, “How to earn more”, “How to manage risks and ensure security”. Among the key speakers of the event are experts from Greenatom, VTB, Moscow Exchange, Solar, Severstal-infocom, WMT AI, TMK, RusHydro, Alfa-Bank, Gazpromneft-CR, Fintech Association, etc.

According to the organizers, the T1 Forum will also discuss:

• What is more important for a breakthrough – people or processes?
• What would be the right strategic choice: competition or cooperation?
• How to find a balance between profit and customer experience?
• What is better in 2026: wait or act?

On the main stage of the event, businessmen, leaders of domestic big tech, scientists and showmen will meet with a conversation about techno-adventurers, techno-realists and their place in the Russian market: Dmitry Kharitonov (IT holding T1), Ilya Sivtsev (Astra Group), Andrey Davidyuk (Motorics), Ilya Semerikov (P. N. Lebedev Physical Institute RAS), Zhanna Ermolina (“Moscow Metro”) and Alexander Pushnoy (musician, showman, actor).

In the session “AI and Human 2.0: From Experiments to a Managed System,” experts will touch upon issues of the real success of AI in business, when the results are brought not by AI models separately, but by their enhancement of human capabilities. Another important discussion will be a dialogue between HR directors about key strategies for increasing the efficiency and productivity of personnel – “Instability as a driver of business and technology in HR.”

With the support of the FinTech Association, a discussion “Open Finance: a fad or a necessity?” will be held, where representatives of leading banks and IT companies will discuss technology monetization models and the next stages in the evolution of the fintech market. In the session “Retail: Balancing at the Peak of Innovation”, speakers will talk about which innovative technologies really work in retail, increase revenue and net profit, and also share examples of the use of AI.

The track “PAKI: from Decree 1912 to the revival of Russian microelectronics” will reveal the current challenges of switching to trusted PAKI for SOCII entities and clients from other market segments. And as part of the discussion “Ford vs. Ferrari: How much does safety cost?” business representatives will tell you how to effectively build an information security circuit in the context of a budget deficit, how much money is needed for information security and where to get it.
