Lawyer Nataliya Ivanova declared about the discrediting company against her, of her family and client, already started by ex-deputy of the Irpin City Council Oleksandr Pikulyk and his accomplice Yevgenia Rostolopa.
According to the lawyer, while Pikulyk receives excess profits from the double sale of apartments, hundreds of homeowners cannot get into their homes for years. At the same time, the human rights defender began to receive threats, and later became a participant in criminal proceedings, as she says, “fabricated on the order of Pikulyk.”
The mass media report that the law enforcement officers are already investigating a criminal case regarding the illegal possession of property. However, the defense attorney says, the investigation is progressing very slowly. So she turned to NABU, the General Prosecutor's Office and hoped that all cases would be taken under control for the most transparent and legal solution.
