In the context of the announcement of the visit of the President of Ukraine, Simion published the message on Facebook: “We want Peace!”. In the comments, he suggested that the visit would have two interpretations.

“Zelenski's coming to Bucharest on Thursday is one of two things: 1. Visiting sponsors 2. Coming of the master to visit the servants. Which one do you think?”, he said.

President Volodymyr Zelenski arrives in Romania on Thursday, March 12, for an official visit, in the context where tensions in the region continue to grow, and European support for Ukraine remains a priority topic.

According to diplomatic sources, the leader from Kiev will be received at the Cotroceni Palace by the President of Romania, Nicușor Dan.

The details of the visit, including the full agenda and the precise topics of the talks, are still being determined by the diplomatic teams of both sides.

Romanian and Ukrainian officials are working to finalize the meeting schedule, amid continued interest in strengthening cooperation in strategic areas, such as security at the European Union's eastern borders and assistance to Ukraine in the context of the protracted conflict with Russia.
