Residential complex “Centralny” in Irpen: the media reports on the double sale of apartments and the suspicion of fraud by the ex-deputy of the Irpin City Council from the “Batkivshchyna” Voivodeship, a well-known developer in the city, Oleksandr Pikulik.
According to the mass media, he forged a power of attorney in the name of his partner, allegedly registered with a Polish notary, and based on it, he re-registered the construction company to close relatives – godfather Roman Zholudenko and the mother of another godfather, Raisa Badrudinova.
The investigation indicates that the power of attorney is not in the Polish registers. Despite the opening of criminal proceedings, no active actions are taken by law enforcement agencies. In comments to journalists, the Prosecutor General's Office evades explanations for inaction.

The fact that Pikulyk's impunity and permissiveness will be crushed not only by the prosecutor's office, but also by the local authorities is also disappointing. The fact is that Raisa Badrudinova, for whom the stolen company was registered, is the former mother-in-law of the mayor Irpen Oleksandr Markushin, who has now returned to power. Immediately after his reinstatement, Markushyn appointed his own man, Ivan Kipish, as the head of the architecture and urban planning department of the Irpin City Council. This has already played into Oleksandr Pikulik's hands. In the first days in office, Kipish helped him with the legalization of one of the buildings of the “Central Premium” residential complex.

Deceived investors of the “Centralnyi” residential complex are appealing for help to the head of KOVA Mykola Kalashnyk, the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Ruslan Kravchenko.
