I do a hand bath once a week – and the dryness disappears: the skin is soft and elastic without salon procedures

With age or due to frequent contact with water, the skin on your hands may lose elasticity, become rough and flake. But there is a simple solution that will restore its softness and velvety. A home bath not only nourishes the skin, but also makes it smoother, hydrated and protected.

What you will need:

Oatmeal – 3 tablespoons
Honey – 1 tablespoon
Warm water – 2 liters

What to do:

  • Pour warm water over oatmeal and let sit for 5 minutes to release mucus.
  • Add honey and stir well until evenly distributed.
  • Immerse your hands in the solution for 15–20 minutes, periodically massaging the skin with flakes.
  • After the procedure, rinse your hands with cool water and pat dry with a soft towel.
  • Lubricate the skin with nourishing cream or almond oil to consolidate the effect.

This natural bath acts as a gentle peeling and intense hydration at the same time. Oatmeal soothes irritations, and honey nourishes and creates a protective barrier. Regular use helps maintain youthful hands without resorting to expensive procedures or professional creams.
