Celta Vigo, the club where the Romanian goalkeeper Ionuț Radu plays, received a response from the famous artist Madonna, after the public call launched a few days ago. It all started with an open letter published by Marian Mourinho, the president of the Galician club, who tried to find out what happened to a Celta shirt worn by Madonna during a concert in Vigo in 1990.
The club official hopes that shirt will end up in the team's memorabilia display, considering it an important piece of the club's history.
Madonna's response: “It's hanging in my archive”
Madonna did not leave the message without reaction and confirmed in a post on social networks that she still owns the shirt.
“This jersey is hanging in my archive. I'm wearing it and representing your team in my thoughts!!“, wrote the 67-year-old artist.

The Spanish club had previously launched a public appeal to find out the fate of the shirt worn by Madonna on stage at the Estadio Balaidos more than three decades ago.
Dear Madonna, I am writing this letter because we need your help. On July 29, 1990, you performed at the stadium of Celta de Vigo, the club whose president I am. That night, you wore our blue shirt. The memory lives on among our fans.
On Friday, March 6, we want to dedicate a gesture of affection to you from our home, Balaidos Stadium. The moment will take place starting at 20:45, before the Celta – Real Madrid match, with the intention of affectionately asking you this question: do you still have it?
