Returns are a key element of online shopping – they provide a sense of security and protect the consumer. All the more so because the Chinese platform Temu has taken the hearts of Polish consumers by storm. As we reported at the beginning of February, Temu is ahead of Allegro in Poland in terms of the number of real users.

How to make a return on Temu? Step-by-step instructions and return conditions
The return process on Temu is intuitive and takes place via the app or website. After logging in to your account, go to the “My account” tab and then “Your orders”.
There is a “Refund” option for every order – just click it, select the product to return, provide a reason and confirm the request. For some time now, the platform has also expected photos of the goods for some products. These must also be added in the application or website.

Similar evidence must be provided in the event of damage to the shipment or individual goods. This way you can claim compensation. As Temu explains on its website, when returning goods, you must provide a reason for cancellation. After completing the data, you can complete the return process.
A Turn in Temu. It is not always necessary to return the goods
In the case of some goods, the Chinese shopping platform does not even expect the physical return of the products. Consumers receive a refund in their account, but the platform does not want the goods back. Customers read the messages to keep the goods for themselves or give them to someone else.
However, if the order requires returning the goods, the system generates a return label that must be printed and stuck to the package. The first return on a given order is free, subsequent returns are paid by the buyer.

The product should be unused, in its original packaging and with a set of accessories. It is worth keeping proof of shipment in case of delivery problems. Thanks to this, the return will be carried out without complications and the money will quickly be returned to your account.
After sending the parcel, the refund is usually made within 3-7 business days from the moment the parcel is delivered to Temu's warehouse. The user is informed about each stage of the process by e-mail or via the application. The refund can be received on your Temu balance or payment account.
