Emil Boc, the mayor of Cluj and known supporter of the “red caps”, reacted shortly after his favorite team managed to successfully end the regular season, a clear victory in Bucharest, on the field of FCSB, score 3-1.
The reigning champion missed the play-off with one round to go, so the match at the National Arena had no stake for her. On the other side, U Cluj, already qualified in the top 6, approached the trip very well and, although it was seen to be led, it returned in the second half, passing after the victory on the podium place at least for the moment, until the rest of the games in stage #30 will be played.
After the game in Bucharest, the mayor of Cluj reacted on the Facebook page, congratulating the team from the city he leads. In the end, he also mentioned FCSB, as well as the alarming situation from the champion team, which will play for the first time in history in the play-out.
