It is alleged that during their detention and interrogation, numerous basic norms of international law and the local Code of Criminal Procedure were violated.
In particular, during the interrogations of the minor, a guardian was not present, they were not provided with a qualified translator and lawyer, they were placed in a pre-trial detention center without a court decision, the arrest has already lasted 5 days, while the minor was previously held in an adult detention center.
