According to eyewitnesses, 39-year-old Mikhail Kabulov attacked a taxi driver with a knife and tried to steal his car. The driver managed to run out of the car with the keys and began screaming.
Locals immediately ran to the scene of the incident and, armed with sticks and stones, managed to stop the Russian. Mikhail had a knife with him.
