Our stockpiles of “middle-class and upper-middle-class” ammunition have never been higher, said US President Donald Trump in a post on the Truth Social platform on Tuesday. He accused former President Joe Biden of giving advanced weapons to Ukraine.

Will the United States have enough ammunition?
“The United States' middle- and upper-middle-class munitions supplies have never been higher or better, as I was told today; we have a virtually unlimited supply,” Trump wrote. He added that, therefore, “wars can 'continue indefinitely' and successfully using only these supplies.”
However, the president assessed that in the case of top-class missiles, stocks are at a good level, but “not where we would like them to be” He noted that “a significant part of advanced weapons is stored for us in distant countries.”
Trump attacks Biden
“Sleepy Joe Biden devoted all of his time and money to our country, GIVING everything to PT Barnum (Zelensky!) Ukraine – worth Hundreds of Billions of Dollars – and even though he gave away so much of what was of the highest value (FREE!) and didn't bother to replace it,” Trump wrote.
PT Barnum was a 19th-century American entrepreneur who is considered one of the forerunners of the modern entertainment industry. He was, among others, creator of the Barnum & Bailey Circus.
Trump concluded his post by emphasizing that he rebuilt the armed forces during his first term (2017-2021) and continues to do so.
“The United States is ready for a great victory!!! Thank you for your attention,” he concluded.
The Washington Post wrote on Sunday that Senior US military officials are concerned about dwindling air defense resources and fear that the war in the Middle East may get out of control. The Wall Street Journal also wrote about the concerns in Washington regarding interceptor missile resources on Sunday, assessing that “dwindling supplies may limit President Trump's options.” (PAP)
