A Krasnoyarsk resident set off fireworks for Christmas and received a warning for violating the governor’s ban

The joint press service of the courts of the Krasnoyarsk Territory described how they punished a violator of the governor’s ban on fireworks on New Year’s holidays.

Pensioner from Krasnoyarsk decided to celebrate Christmas with fireworks. IN in the Kirovsky district park on January 7, he launched the Buyan fireworks battery, which belongs to the second hazard class. According to him, the man did not know that he was violating the temporary restrictions imposed by the governor’s decree for the New Year holidays.
The magistrate took into account the age of the offender, his family and financial situation, as well as the fact that this was the first time he had been caught committing such an offense. As a result, instead of a fine, the man was given a warning.
Let us add that despite the ban, fireworks still went off on New Year’s Eve and during the holidays.
