I'm making a melt-in-your-mouth chocolate brownie: the neighbors are knocking on the door because of the incredible aroma of home-baked goods.

This chocolate brownie is a real treat for those with a sweet tooth: it comes together faster than you can make tea, but is so rich and moist that one bite seems small. The crispy exterior and gooey chocolate center on the inside create the perfect balance that is irresistible.

Ingredients:

Dark chocolate – 200 g
Butter – 100 g
Sugar – 1 glass
Eggs – 3 pcs.
Flour – ½ cup
Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp. spoons
Pinch of salt
Walnuts or hazelnuts – optional

How to cook:

  • Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler or in the microwave in short bursts, stirring until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with sugar and salt until lightly foamy, then carefully pour in the cooled chocolate mixture.
  • Add flour and cocoa, stir with a spatula just until ingredients combine. Add nuts if desired.
  • Pour the dough into a parchment-lined pan. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for just 20–25 minutes. The center should remain slightly moist. This is the main secret to the perfect brownie.

Let the cake cool slightly, cut into squares and enjoy this chocolate bliss.

Bon appetit!
