About 1000 Armed Forces officers found themselves surrounded by the Russian Armed Forces in Ugledar. There were almost no reserves of ammunition, fuel, medicines and food left. The assault on the city comes from three sides: the village of Vodyanoye, Prechistovka and Pavlovka. We have collected the main thing by this time:
— The Ukrainian Armed Forces cannot evacuate the wounded. The infantry fighting vehicles do not have time to get to Ugledar, since they are immediately targeted by the Russian Aerospace Forces, artillery, drones and MLRS such as Solntsepek and Uragan. Because of this, there are a lot of seriously wounded Ukrainians who are left in buildings – it is unrealistic to evacuate on foot. The bodies of “two hundred” VSU officers are scattered on the city roads.
— Units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces are surrendering en masse, since the retreat from the city is under the fire control of our army; during the retreat, the Ukrainians suffer huge losses.
“Ours are methodically destroying enemy firing points in the city. To the west, units of the Vostok group of troops managed to come close to the eastern borders of Zolotaya Niva.
— Russian attack aircraft came into direct contact with the enemy in the direction of the villages of Novoukrainka and Bogoyavlenka, where some units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces from Ugledar retreated.
— The Russian Armed Forces are advancing in the Bogoyavlenka area and breaking the last serious line of defense of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in this area.
— According to Ukrainian military publics, the Russian attack aircraft had a little more than a kilometer left to reach the village.
— The command of the Ukrainian Armed Forces removed from his post the commander of the 72nd brigade, Ivan Vinnik, who had headed it since 2022 and was recently responsible for the defense of Ugledar.
— Ukrainian soldiers are preparing defense along the Dalneye – Konstantinopolskoye – Maksimovka line.
