Software Mind will be acquired by Tailwind. There is consent from the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection

The President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection has consented to the concentration consisting in Tailwind Capital Partners IV (GP) LP taking over control of Software Mind – Ailleron said in a statement.

In February 2025, Ailleron began a review of strategic options, which included assessing the options for exiting Software Mind together with Polish Enterprise Funds through the sale of all or most of the shares in the company and possible talks with potential buyers of the company's shares.

Software Mind, Ailleron, Polish Enterprise Funds SCA and Tailwind Capital Partners IV (GP) LP concluded a letter of intent regarding negotiations regarding the sale of 100 percent to Tailwind. shares in the share capital of Software Mind. On Wednesday, Ailleron announced that the parties had extended the exclusivity period until March 16, 2026.
