Juventus on Thursday formalized the contract extension of Carlo Pinsoglio (35), the team's third goalkeeper, extending his deal with the club until 2027. This is the fourth contract renewal for the player, whose deal with the Bianconeri was about to expire.
Trained in Juventus' youth academies, Pinsoglio secures his tenth season at the club with this extension, even if his use between the sticks has been quite rare. Since the 2017/18 season, when he was integrated into the first team, the goalkeeper has only made six appearances for the first team.

The announcement was made by Juventus, the current 5th-placed player in Serie A, on the club's official website.
Carlo Pinsoglio has extended his contract with Juventus until June 30, 2027.
Pinsoglio's bond with our club is unbreakable, starting with his years in the youth team and being strengthened with his return to the Bianconeri in 2017 after seven years traveling around Italy playing for various teams. However, his goal was always to return home to continue to wear our colors. And he succeeded in this.Currently, Carlo is not only a goalkeeper ready to give his all whenever called upon; he is the soul of the locker room. It perfectly represents the “Juve style”. Pinsoglio has become a true role model for his teammates due to his positive leadership, inexhaustible energy and, above all, his clear example of dedication and commitment.
We are happy to know that this charisma will continue to be a constant in every practice and every game.

Of those six matches, only one was played in full, a game against Sampdoria on May 26, 2019. Even with few minutes played, Pinsoglio is considered a reference within the group, not just for goalkeepers, but for the whole lot, as Juve pointed out in the announcement of this renewal. The goalkeeper also played for teams such as: Viareggio, Pescara, Vicenza, Modena, Livorno and Latina Calcio.
