CSM Bucharest, Gloria Bistrița and Dinamo will be rewarded by the European Federation (EHF) for participating in the Champions League.

CSM Bucharest will receive the most money, who qualified from 2nd place in the group in the quarter-finals.

CSM Bucharest covered its expenses with the money from the EHF!

For women, the EHF offers 5000 euros for every match played and 1500 euros for every point won.

CSM will receive 70,000 euros for the 14 matches played and another 30,000 euros for the 20 accumulated points. The champion will also receive a bonus of 10,000 euros for qualifying directly to the quarter-finals.

So far, the CSM has received 110,000 euros, from which the expenses for referees, observers and marketing supervisors from the 7 matches played in Bucharest will be deducted.

For each of the 7 away matches, CSM Bucharest will also receive a compensatory amount between 10-15,000 euros.

Depending on the plane tickets and hotel accommodations, a trip for a delegation of 25 people costs approximately 17,000 euros.

Gloria Bistrita completed her budget with European money!

For the 4th place in the Champions League and the 16 points obtained, Gloria Bistrita will be rewarded with 24,000 euros, to which is added 70,000 euros for the 14 matches played.

In the quarter-final play-off, Gloria will receive 5,000 euros for each game, as well as 3,000 euros for a win or 1,500 euros for a draw.

140,000 euros for the Champions League trophy!

The teams qualified in the Final Four in Budapest will have total prizes of 350,000 euros, which will be divided among the 4 semi-finalists.

The winner of the Champions League will receive 140,000 euros for the two victories in Budapest, and the finalist will be awarded 105,000 euros.

The team in 3rd place will collect 70,000 euros, and the last team in F4 will be awarded with 35,000 euros.

According to the regulations, the EHf will pay the rewards for the Champions League teams until June 31.

Dinamo with only 2 points in the standings, will take more money than CSM Bucharest!

In men's, the prizes are double those in women's handball. A match is paid for 10,000 euros, and a point for 5,000 euros.

The differences come from the fact that men's handball generates more revenue than women's.

The money comes mainly from: TV rights, TV audiences, sponsors and marketing products.

For the 14 matches played, Dinamo will receive 140,000 euros and another 10,000 euros for the victory against Nantes.

Paradoxically, Dinamo, which ranked last in the group, will receive more money than CSM Bucharest, a team directly qualified for the quarterfinals of the Women's Champions League.

300,000 euros for 1st place in F4!

The best 4 teams that will qualify for the Final Four in Koln will have a pot of 750,000 euros.

The winner of the trophy will receive 300,000 euros, and her loser in the final will settle for 225,000 euros.
