Pedri (23) and Ferran Torres (25) have revealed the huge fines imposed by coach Hansi Flick (61) at Barcelona, with penalties even reaching €40,000 for a 10-minute delay on match days.
The two players took advantage of the two days off given by Hansi Flick, following the victory with Levante (3-0), and went to Madrid, where they were invited to the show “El Hormiguero”.

At first, Pedri confessed that Ferran is the one “who makes jokes” in the Barcelona dressing room, and the striker admitted that “I like teasing other people, but I don't really take jokes on me”.
The two footballers spoke highly of Hansi Flick, highlighting his qualities as a technician, and described the strict discipline imposed by the German technician.
“Flick is strict in the locker room with the program, he likes to collect our things from the floor. If you are late, you now have to pay a fine on the day of the match. If you're 20 minutes late, you better stay home. The fine for being 10 minutes late is €40,000, but being late on match day means you're not focused“, said the two footballers.
“I'm one of those who arrive very early,” Pedri added, while Torres added: “Flick is a good manager.”
The two agreed that if they could sign a player from Real Madrid, they would choose Kylian Mbappe.
On the other hand, Pedri told, amused, that he became Ferran Torres' personal driver: “The night before he asks me what time I pick him up in the morning. He gets in the car with his coffee, he just needs to tell me one day not to talk and to concentrate on driving.
Ferran retorted: “I take great care of Pedri and I pay a lot of attention to him, because we depend a lot on him and he has to be fit. He is a player who gives us a lot, because he dictates the pace of the game.”
In the end, the two players chose which legendary footballers they would have liked to play with. Pedri chose Andres Iniesta, while Ferran Torres opted for David Villa, both legendary Barcelona players.
