The double world champion of Formula 1, Fernando Alonso, will compete with a new design of the headset in the Grand Prize of Saudi Arabia, scheduled this weekend.
The new color scheme and the graphic concept are made by the winner of a national competition organized by Aramco oil company, the main sponsor of the Aston Martin team.

The winner is the artist Sarah Turkestani, who owns a studio in Jeddah, according to Sportal.bg.

According to the information provided by Aston Martin, the image of the desert created by Turkestani liked Alonso, who said the design reminds him of his participation in Dakar Rally.
The Grand Prize of Saudi Arabia represents the fifth stage of season 2025 and will take place on Jeddah Corniche Circuit. The first race on this route took place in 2021.
The street circuit has a length of 6,174 meters, and the pilots have to go through 50 tours to complete the race. The fastest tour was set by Lewis Hamilton in 2021, with a time of 1: 30,734.

The 2025 season of Formula 1 debuted on the weekend of March 14-16 and includes 24 races. The fifth stage, the one in Saudi Arabia, will take place on Sunday, April 20, from 8:00 pm (Romania time), and will be transmitted on Antena 3 CNN and in Antenaplay.
