What is happening at the Bucharest Court of Appeal
The judges of the Bucharest Court of Appeal are ruling today on a new term in the case in the preliminary chamber. They must rule on whether the prosecutors' indictment is correctly drawn up and the trial can begin.
At today's term, Horațiu Potra was also present, accused alongside Georgescu. According to Digi24 sources, the former leader of the Romanian mercenaries fighting in Africa complained of medical problems and an ambulance was requested to receive care.
