Sibiga called the plant “one of the first major American investment projects” in the independent economy of Ukraine.
According to him, a Russian missile hit one of the production buildings. There were no casualties.
Sibiga emphasized that this is not a military facility, but a plant that has been operating since the 1990s, which produces world-famous brands, employs Ukrainians and contributes to the Ukrainian and American economies.

He pointed out that Moscow cannot talk about economic dialogue with the United States while simultaneously attacking US-owned production facilities.
“Targeting civilian industry is not war, it is deliberate economic terror. There must be accountability for this,” he added.
