Oligarch Bogolyubov was given a warning of criminal responsibility for defrauding the court. This is stated in the order (English) of the High Court of England and Wales, which is considering the case of PrivatBank against the former owners, Igor Kolomoiskyi and Gennadiy Bogolyubov.
The court requires Bogolyubov to provide sworn testimony regarding those assets that were hidden by August 7.
So there is a high probability that another ex-Ukrainian oligarch will soon be on the international wanted list.
