CFR Cluj has trembled this season, but is one foot in the play-offs, currently having 47 points, with two stages left to play in the regular season. With Pancu at the helm, the team from Gruia tied 9 victories: 27 out of 27 possible points!

The peak, the last similar series, of 9 victories in a row in the championship, was also recorded by Cluj, in the 2021/2022 season, under the command of Dan Petrescu, between stages 13 – 21.

This season, in addition to CFR Cluj, which can boast the longest winning streak (9), two other teams also managed to tie 6 matches of 3 points: Universitatea Craiova (stages 2-7) and FC Botoșani (stages 9-14).
