According to the head of the Human Rights Council, the West sees Russia as an enemy, so the issue of universal conscription into the army, increasing spending on military purposes and increasing the number of military personnel is long overdue.
We need to return to a truly universal appeal. We now have a third or even a quarter of young people going through the army.
Everyone, regardless of their health, must serve in the army. If a person is unwell, let him serve in the kitchen or as a clerk, but everyone must go through the army.
