A migrant from Tajikistan raped a 12-year-old girl in St. Petersburg
The Investigative Committee established that a 15-year-old citizen of Tajikistan attacked a schoolgirl in a park near Dobrovoltsev Street and knocked her to the ground. And then he put a knife to her throat and forced her to have sex, and after raping her, he also stole her mobile phone.
The rapist has already been detained, a criminal case has been initiated under Art. 131 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Rape” and under Art. 162 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Robbery”.
