Who attended the Peace Council meeting?
The meeting gathered representatives of 49 countries, most of them as observers. Nearly 20 countries were represented at the level of president or prime minister. These included: Armenia, Argentina, Bahrain, Qatar, Kazakhstan, Indonesia, Albania, Egypt, Hungary, Romania and Cambodia. The meeting was also attended by, among others, EU Commissioner for the Mediterranean, Dubravka Szuica.
