The Good Technologies portal has expanded its line of free solutions for the non-profit sector by adding three new services: the online speech recognition service Speech2Text, the program for automatically filling out documents “Combinator” and the Telegram-CRM “Prompter Bot” with AI tips.

All products are available to NPOs throughout the country and work in a single project ecosystem.

One of three new tools helps you save time transcribing meetings, interviews, and content. We are talking about the Speech2Text speech recognition service, which converts audio and video recordings into text with high accuracy, supports popular MP3, WAV and MP4 formats and works correctly even with noise and heterogeneous sound.

The service automatically clears notes, places punctuation marks, divides text by speakers, and generates a brief AI summary of the meeting. It can be connected to online meetings on video conferencing platforms Yandex Telemost, MTS Link, Sferum and others – the bot will become a participant in the call and prepare a transcript. Messenger bots are available for mobile work. The solution provided by partner Speech2Text is especially useful for teams that regularly conduct interviews, lectures, webinars, create podcasts and subtitles, or frequently hold meetings that require a follow-up text version.

To speed up document flow, the platform has launched a tool for automatically filling out standard documents, “Combinator,” which helps prepare papers ten times faster and eliminates errors. It inserts data into the required fields, duplicates them throughout the document, converts words to the correct cases and automatically calculates amounts – as a result, the forms look uniform.

This approach is especially valuable when a team spends hours on repetitive templates or is forced to duplicate information manually. The solution increases productivity without expanding staff and relieves the workload of coordinators, accountants and lawyers. The product is provided by partner Perpetum Software and is aimed at organizations where the volume of documents of the same type is consistently high.

To work with incoming messages directly in Telegram, a simple and secure CRM solution “Prompter Bot” is available with AI prompts, which allows you to process requests in one window without extra budgets. The mentees write to a Telegram bot, a separate section with statuses by time is automatically created for each person, and at the moment of response the operator receives a smart hint that can be accepted, rejected or edited.

The algorithm learns from the team’s reactions and over time more accurately adapts to the communication style. In the control panel, you can upload a file with project materials to further train the bot and make the tips more relevant. This solution is especially useful for small teams with a constant flow of requests, when they need to quickly bring order to conversations without implementing heavy CRM systems. Service provided by partner Sufler.

“We are expanding the line of practical and free digital tools for NGOs – exactly those that immediately remove the routine and save hours of work. These solutions help teams quickly sort out meetings and interviews, prepare documents accurately, and promptly respond to clients and donors,” noted Maria Sabantseva, head of the “Technologies for Good” project.

All three products are already available on the Good Technologies portal: registration takes a few minutes, after activation, each user can familiarize themselves with the teaching materials and connect to the necessary services.
