Last year, we sold real estate for over 29.4 million euros, in total, and at the beginning of 2026 we have land and buildings listed for sale all over the country, worth more than 80 million euros. The most attractive investment opportunities remain in the residential-commercial area, but we are also seeing a significant increase in demand in the segment logistics, which is becoming the backbone of the new economy. The massive demand for industrial warehouses located in strategic areas is driven by the increase in online consumption and the fact that many European and American companies have moved their production closer to home to avoid global bottlenecks“, said Flavius Drăghici, COO of azitis.com.

The former Ramada hotel in Brașov, put up for sale
Cars and construction equipment sell the fastest, and one of the most sought-after assets is a multi-functional building (S+P+Mez+4E+M), 1,748 usable sqm, located in sector 1 of the capital, which has over 23,000 views and a starting price set at 980,000 euros. At the moment, the most valuable asset on the platform is the former four-star Ramada hotel, operational, located in Săcele, Brașov county.
“In 2026, we will continue to develop the platform for users with new tools that will integrate artificial intelligence. Buyers will be able to interact with a personal assistant that will support them in creating an account and in the process of participating in auctions. In parallel, we are building a gamification area that will advise buyers on the optimal investment in a certain asset, depending on the purpose of the purchase, but also a simulator that will allow users to see the final effect of the transformation of the asset after the purchase – from example, what a construction on a vacant lot will look like. We estimate that we will invest about 1 million euros this year in improving the user experience”claims Vasile Godîncă-Herlea.
By the end of 2026, the company aims to list goods with a total value of more than 150 million euros and record sales of more than 50 million euros.
